Cannabis, a plant compound that includes many therapeutic compounds, is widely used around the world. It is most closely related to the hemp plant and its uses.

In fact, cannabis was known to the ancient Greeks and Romans, who called it dianthus. They also referred to it as naianthera, which means neither summer nor winter flower.

Today, cannabis is considered a vegetable and a crop-replacing substance. It is now classified as a crop-replacing substance in parts of Asia and Africa where grains are not available.

Because of its growth rate and adaptability, cannabis has become an important crop-replacing substance in areas without grains. For this reason, continued development of cannabis programs in postsecondary education systems is an area for research.

Consuming too many processed products

Many times, the products you buy are not made with your health in mind. Some companies intentionally put large amounts of chemicals into their products to market them as healthy.

This is true! Many times, people who consume alcohol and marijuana don’t realize that the alcohol in vodka and tea in brewed coffee can be highly efficient at cleaning and serving food.

Similarly, when people who consume cannabis use quality cannabis that is organic, cultured, or has a low THC content, then the risk of chronic pain is likely reduced. However, those who are prone to pain may still find using it on a regular basis beneficial.

On a personal level, I have seen how cannabis saved my friends & family members’ lives on multiple occasions.

Overeating

Another risk linked to cannabis use is overeating. Many people consume too much of the drug due to its weight loss effects.

Many foods contain sugar which makes them delicious but are also sometimes a good source of vitamins and minerals. For example, many desserts contain sugar and/or chocolate which is enjoyable but can be too much if consumed in large amounts.

Some foods contain CBD such as broccoli sprouts, kongra seed, and poppy seeds. All of these can have some CBD so it does not appear to be the main CBD in the food. However, when people drink water with hemp oil or put it on your skin, it becomes part of the liquid or solid that you put on yourself or in your skin.

So, whether you eat it or take it on yourself or put it on your body, there are still risks involved.

Undereating

a concern that may occur as soon as next month is under eating. As soon as lunch time comes and goes, people start to rush to get another bite of food and drinks to keep up with the hunger and thirst needs. This can easily be avoided by paying attention to how much you are eating and drinkning.

How much you are eating and how much you drink must be communicated effectively and efficiently in order for people to realize that they are adequately nourished. With cannabis being such a finicky substance, it is important that people understand the effects that too little or too much can have on it.

Widths of cups used for cannabis should be considered when determining if someone is fully nourished with regards to size of pot they are allowed to have. Baked goods such as breads and cinnamon rolls should be kept in sealed containers to prevent toppling over of the cup system.

Combining marijuana with other drugs

Recent reports concern the risk factors for drug-drug combinations. Bipolar disorder is a common drug-drug combination.

Bipolar disorder can make people alternately excited and depressed in extremes. This can make it difficult to decide what drugs you need, and whether to take them with marijuana or other drugs.

As much as half of people with bipolar disorder use both marijuana and/or cocaine at least once every few months. This is a significant risk factor for mental health problems such as mood swings, depression, or substance dependence.

There have been reports of marijuana combined with opiates causing drug addiction symptoms such as increased tolerance and impaired effects. Additionally, some people report problems remembering how to stop taking the combination medications because of its effects.

Not checking for a valid prescription

If you are currently diagnosed with any illness, you should avoid using cannabis as it may harm your health.

There are several chronic illnesses that can be treated with cannabis, including several types of cancer. Cannabis can even be beneficial for people with dementia, who would not know what to do if they did not have access to cannabis.

Some people with mental health issues are unable to safely use cannabis due to poor judgment or difficulty remembering how to use it. Since cannabis is a special delivery method, people who cannot buy it in a way that is safe and easy to use may not have access to it.

Driving while under the influence of cannabis

Driving is a very serious form of transportation. While laws surrounding cannabis use are changing every year, driving is always a good example of how the law can change sometimes.

While most people know that driving is illegal if you are impaired or suicidal, only a small percentage of people know how to use cannabis while driving. Many drivers have attempted to drive with cannabis but have been unsuccessful due to the drug’s low dose and long duration of effects.

Another risk associated with cannabis use is traffic violation. Being caught driving under the influence or riding on public roads after being unwell is both criminal and legal, making it hard to determine if traffic violations will help prevent alcohol or cannabis use from happening again.

Using unregulated products

At this stage, most people are starting to use un-regulated cannabis products. If you are looking into using marijuana at this stage, you should be aware of the risks.

Many times companies do not test their products and/or do not test those they sell, making it extremely hard to avoid any major health risks.

If you are interested in trying cannabis, start with something low-risk such as testing the CBD oil at your locally licensed dispensary.

If you feel more comfortable with more cannabis or want a different type of therapy, try one cultivar and see what happens with your health.

Inhaling smoke into your lungs

cannabis can be a very enjoyable substance to consume. However, there are some health risks associated with cannabis use.

Like any drug, cannabis can have side effects. Most people who use it know that it makes them feel calm and relaxed, but it can also increase appetite and cause certain bowel movements.

This is common when people start to wine and cannabis or later join a group of users who all consume the same drugs.

As this is not a normal situation, the body does not properly adjust to cannabis. The body cannot adapt to this high level of drugs, so you could end up with certain health issues such as raised blood pressure or insulin resistance.
